ACCOUNTABILITY CHANGES EVERYTHING.
Most people don’t fail because they lack ability.
They fail because there’s no clear target, no deadline, no proper system, and nobody checking whether they’re actually doing the work.
It would be like going to school with no teachers. Would you still complete all the work properly and hand every assignment in on time? Probably not. Not because you’re lazy, but because most people need structure, expectations and someone keeping them accountable. With my online clients, I have three check-in points every day. When I first wake up, I check what’s going on. I check again around lunchtime. Then I check once more at the end of the day. I’m also notified whenever someone updates their profile, completes a session, logs their food or checks in. So I know exactly how much work you’re doing—every day and every week. That isn’t about micromanaging you. It’s about understanding what’s working, catching problems early and making adjustments before one bad day turns into a bad week.
In the last three weeks alone, I’ve worked with a 13-year-old lad who wanted to move more efficiently. By giving him the right exercises, coaching and feedback, we’ve already made a noticeable change to his movement mechanics. I’ve also had another client lose four kilograms in three weeks.
The biggest change?
They started uploading their food to the app. We quickly identified around 700 unnecessary calories being consumed each day, along with portions and macros that didn’t match their activity levels. Once we could actually see the problem, we could fix it. When you work with me, I monitor everything that matters. Your training. Your nutrition. Your daily habits. Your progress. And whether the plan is actually working. Any serious coach should have the systems, structure and knowledge to find your sweet spot and move you towards your goal over 12 weeks. We’ve all had one good week before. Some of us have even strung two or three good weeks together.
But when was the last time you put together 12 consistent weeks?
Have you ever actually done it?
Because motivation might get you started. Accountability is what gets you results.
